7. Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

  2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, the customer should inform the seller of their decision to withdraw from the agreement in written form, for example, by email at [].
  3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send information regarding the exercise of their right to withdraw from the agreement before the withdrawal period expires.

The refund for the purchased product, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the store), will be made promptly and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the day the seller receives information about the withdrawal from the agreement. The seller will process the refund using the same payment method that the customer used, unless the customer explicitly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any additional costs.
  6. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
  7. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

However, this limitation does not apply in situations where the elements for installing a vertical garden would be defective or non-compliant with the agreement. In such a case, the customer has the right to avail themselves of the warranty or file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.
